Agro Service Division
The Nucleus of all the activities of GAIC is the farmer. GAIC has a strong presence in rural Gujarat through its network of 18 district-level centers and 1400-plus Agricultural business centers run by private sector entrepreneurs which provide services at the doorstep to farmers. Lakhs of farmers visit these outlets regularly. GAIC also offers its network to other companies for marketing their farmer-related produce. Presently, it is being used by bio-fertilizer,bio-pesticide,Neno-Uria,Neno-DAP, Pesticide & other agro products manufacturing companies. GAIC is also tying up with financial institution in order to provide easy-to-obtain, Agricultural business entrepreneurs, who can avail of this facility to buy the agriculture inputs. GAIC distributes chemical fertilizers like Urea, Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP), Ammonium Sulfate Phosphate (ASP), Ammonium Sulfate (AS), Nitro Phosphate (N.Phos), Murat of Potash (MOP), Single Super Phosphate (SSP) (granules & powder) etc., produced by reputed companies such as GSFC, GNFC, IPL, RCF,IFFCO,KRIBCO,NBCL, and Other.
GAIC's products and services
GAIC has work under the subsidy scheme of the Directorate of Agriculture, GAIC plays the role of a nodal agency for supplying good quality tarpaulins and open pipelines. Application forms for availing of this subsidy are available at GAIC's Agro Service Centres.
